Hey everyone,
We wanted to send out an update as there seems to have been a typo in the Rule Booklet in the Setup section.
The printed version has:
2 PLAYERS: 70 Trail Chips Each
3 PLAYERS: 55 Trail Chips Each
4 PLAYERS: 45 Trail Chips Each
But it should have been 45 Trail Chips Each for 3 Players and 35 Trail Chips for 4 Players:

XSCAPE Fulfillment update

Hey everyone,
We wanted to provide an update on fulfillment and where things are at.
We also want to acknowledge the large volume of emails we’ve been receiving. Between questions about shipment status, address changes, and BackerKit-related issues, we have been overwhelmed with requests while simultaneously working to resolve the fulfillment issues.
Over the last two months, we have been going back and forth with Zatu Fulfillment regarding UK fulfillment. Our inventory physically arrived at their facility in mid-April, despite some backers receiving communications indicating otherwise. To provide additional transparency, we have attached an email confirming that our stock was received by Zatu in mid-April (April 16th to be exact).
15 Pallets of inventory received at Zatu warehouse April 15th:
This situation has been particularly frustrating because we had absolutely no issues with Zatu on our previous project. We shipped them over 15 pallets of inventory for this campaign and are still seeking clarity regarding their communications to our backers that suggested stock was unavailable when they clearly have it.
Last week they told us that they've been too busy as they've been working on their UKGE convention:
Current Fulfillment Status
Canada
• Canadian fulfillment is now 99% fulfilled.
United States
• Inventory is now moving through the system and backers should begin seeing Pirate Ship tracking emails arriving in their inboxes.
• While fulfillment is still ongoing, the tracking you receive should update once they've left the warehouse and has been processed by the carrier.
UK/EU
• UK/EU fulfillment is being handled by Zatu.
• Inventory arrived at their facility in mid-April.
• We are continuing to work with them to get orders moving through the fulfillment ASAP.
Rest of World
• Rest-of-world fulfillment is being handled by VFI.
• VFI also received inventory in April and fulfillment is underway.

Final Step Before Shipping – XSCAPE Has Arrived in the US

Hey everyone,
First off—thank you.
We know this project has taken longer than originally planned, and we truly appreciate your patience over the past several months. Delays are never something we take lightly, and your support through it all has meant a lot to our small team.
That said, we’ve hit a major milestone last week:
XSCAPE has officially arrived in the United States and is ready for fulfillment. 🎉
We’re now at the final step before shipping your games out.
One Final Hurdle: Import Tariffs
Due to recent changes in import tariffs that were introduced after our campaign and production planning, we’ve been charged substantial additional fees to bring the games into the US.
As a small company, we’ve absorbed as much of these unexpected costs as we possibly can—but covering the full amount would mean taking on tens of thousands of dollars in additional expenses, which simply isn’t sustainable for us.
To move forward, we’ve added a small remaining balance of a few dollars to US backer orders to help cover part of the tariff.
How to Complete This Step
To keep everything simple and secure, this has been added directly to your order in BackerKit.
What to do:
Log back into your BackerKit account
Open your XSCAPE order
Complete the remaining balance at checkout

Hey everyone!
Finally the wait is over!
Canada shipments have been packed and are all going out this week. You should be receiving an email with tracking from us as they go. so look in your inboxes for an email from Friendly Rabbit or Chit Chats Express.
UK/EU had some delays as we have been receiving a ton of late responses for address changes which had us pause fulfillment, and have been trying to catch up and ensure everyone gets their proper mailing address. I've sent all the last address changes and waiting for confirmation we're all good.
USA is finally received into warehouse hooray! They are working hard to sort the skus and get everything ready to ship out. We will update as soon as we hear back that we're good to go.
We understand the wait has been a long one. We have been working hard behind the scenes to get everything organized with all our warehouses and make sure everyone gets exactly what they ordered. This was a complicated production and fulfillment - but the wait is finally over and we cant wait for everyone to check out the games!

Hey everyone!
We're super pumped to let you know that XSCAPE is in warehouse at most of our partners around the world and will begin shipping as early as next week!
Games will go out in waves so it might take a week or 2 for yours to go out and receive your tracking information.
The US shipment is still on the water and we will update as it gets into port.
If you are concerned about your address, please make sure you log into your Backerkit account to verify the current address. do NOT email us asking to confirm as we get flooded with too many emails that we can't get to in time. If you have logged in to Backerkit and see your address is not up to date - then email us at [email protected] with your new address included so we can get it changed right away.
